Hi Experts, We have activated the business function -SRM_SELF_SERVICE_1 and have some queries ,the new screen is good but is missing a few fields/tabs There is no option to add attachments while creating a SC using this screen.Is there a way out for adding attachments? The GL account field seems to be amiss and we change the GL account for a few product categories . Any help in how do we go about achieving these in the simplified screen will be appreciated. SAP send always SAPEVENT:POST as Return_url (HOOK_URL) to the catalog.
The Parameters are
URL testurl of the catalog Type2
USERAME testuser Type2
PASSWORD ******** Type2
HOOK_URL Type4
When the catalog is called, it shows the parameters sendet from SAP as follow:
USERNAME = testuser
PASWORD = *********
HOOK_URL = SAPEVENT:POST
METHOD = GET

How to remove options under Create Draft in SOCO SRM 7.13 SP01
Hi All,
We have a requirement to remove the option like Rfx,Contract and Auctions under Create Draft on the below screen.We checked the WD component /SAPSRM/WDC_DO_SOCO_GAF_2 for it but did not get much to delete these options.,Kindly provide your expert help to resolve this issue.

Delivery Date for a Service Item from OCI Catalog
When a service item is passed from an external catalog, how is the Delivery Date range captured in SRM?
Is the delivery date's passed in the Long Description and then SRM pulls it from there? Is this standard?
From what I can see, currently the only value passed that has to do with delivery is NEW_ITEM-LEADTIME[n] but this just has a lead time in days, but no actual date range.

PR created in the Backend
when trying to create PO with reference to PR all the field are blank, PR data not transferred to PO

Issue in Approving a SC through Offline Approval
Hello Experts,
We are in implementing SRM 7.13 and using the standard offline Approval process of approving the SC.We are able to trigger a mail containing the item details and can open the mail in web browser.When we select "Approve by email" option, we get Internet explorer has stopper working and it stop the process in that step.
Moreover it creates a new mail in my outlook and if i send that email , it comes to the inbound mail but does not process the approval request and SC remains in Awaiting approval status.

We are upgrading SRM 5 to 7.ITS which is available in SRM 5 is not available in SRM7.so do we need to convert ABAP objects to Webdynpro components or they will be automatically converted as part of the upgrade.

Issue in maintaining the freight condition in SRM pricing conditions
Hi All,
We have maintained the freight condition in SRM pricing conditions But when a buyer try to add the freight condition it does not give any field to add the value.We want the freight condition at the header level.
Let me know if there is any service needs to be activated or we have to activate any business function to enable this.
Please find the attached document to check the settings and actual issue while entering the freight condition.
This is urgent and please provide your suggestion to avoid this issue.

How to replicate MASS PO Update from ECC to SRM for Service and Limit POs?
Hi all
In the current project we are currently on SRM 7.02 in ECS. We are looking to perform Mass update of POs, however we are aware that this functionality is not standard in SRM.
Using Transaction MASS, for goods we can close old POs in mass by having the checkbox "Delivery Complete" in SAP ECC checked. This is turn is replicated to SRM by having the "No Further Confirmation" synchonised to "Yes".
However, for Services / Limit POs, the "Delivery Complete" checkbox in SAP ECC seems to be missing. Does anyone know how to enable this functionality (Delivery Complete) in ECC or know how to perform Mass PO Closure/Update for Service/Limit POs?
Any other ideas or solutions would be greatly appreciated.

Check-out from SRM MDM Catalog not working
Hi Everyone,
We are on SRM 7.13 with MDM Catalog 7.02. We have installed MDM UI Component on Portal J2EE Engine.
We are able to launch MDM Catalog from Shopping Cart. However, when we click on 'Back to Application' link or 'Check Out' link from the MDM Catalog, the page is not responding.
We have used 'usePortalNavigation=X' parameter on call structure as suggested by OSS notes. We all have BYPASS_INB_HANDLER and BYPASS_OUTB_HANDLER turned on as well.
Any suggestions in resolving this issue are greatly appreciated.

Use of Purchase info records in SRM SC in Extended Classic scenario
Hi All,
We have implemented SRM 7.13 with Extended classic scenario. If we have Purchase info record in SAP ECC for the material, it gets populated in SRM SC in Source of supply Tab but the price of Purchase info record does not get updated in the SC line item.
Can anyone let me know which configurations is required to fetch the Purchase info record price or we need to have a customization to achieve this.

Dear Experts,
Need your suggestions to solve the below issue.We are implementing classic scenario with ECC(EHp4-activated) as backend
once the shopping cart is approved. Its not creating a PO(info record assigned in SC) in ECC system the status of the shopping cart will remain I1111 Item in Transfer Process
we have scheduled the job BBP_SC_AUTO_RETRANSFER which is working fine if i create a shopping cart for the material group which creates PR.
Number ranges for PO in ECC and SRM has performed properly maintained and assigned, also with the proper attribute assignment in org strcture as well.
we are using EC for PR creation and ECPO for PO creation in backend.
The details in bbp_pd looks fine as system is picking up the right document type and also the correct number range.
BE_OBJECT_ID is updated with the number 3000000040
i used the FM SPOOL_PO_CREATE with the shopping cart number and PO number as inpur parameters to check whether there is any error.system didnt turn up with an error.
But when ever i try to execute the clean_reqreq_up report,there is a dump generated in ECC ssytem. as below

Product Category Rules in Shopping Cart
Hi All,
Currently trying to figure out the logic behind how the SRM system fills in the Product Category field in the Shopping Cart when taking an item from a Punch-Out Catalog. From what I've researched so far, how it is supposed to work is:
- If a valid value is passed through NEW_ITEM-MATGROUP[n] then SRM should populate this.
- If no value is passed then default value maintained in Ext. Attributes of Org. Structure is taken.
Are there any other rules that I'm missing? What if the catalog passes a valid Product ID, but no Product Category, will the system take the associated Product Category from COMMPR01, or will it take the default from org structure? In our tests we found that is taking the default from org structure, and I'm not sure if this is a bug, standard, or configuration issue.

SRM Cost center list from User profile
Hello Everyone,
We are on upgraded SRM 7.0. In earlier version SRM 5.0 business used the functionality where they assign list of cost center to user attribute in PPOMA_BBP and user will see all those cost center when they are creating shopping cart.
In SRM 7.0 i have assigned similar cost center list into user but user is not able to see the list in Portal.
Business do not like to have RFC call made to ECC system and fetch all the cost center.
Could you please advise if there is some way.
