Change a SC to Team SC after ordering

Dear Gury's,

Is it possible to change the SC so it is possible for the requester to change the SC from "STD" to a "TEAM" after ordering.

I know the administrator can do this via application monitor, but we would like the requesters to do it them selfs without bothering the administrator.
