with procerss control workflow we are using SLAPPROVER funtionality to detemine the approver and their limits.i have created new Org.unit and maintain the value in SLAPPROVER but when i create shopping cart workflow routes to WF-Admin .i have also notice few time wrong approver is appearing. that user is part of Org.strucuture but i have not maintained it in attribute SLAPPROVER.also please help with step needs to be performed while using SLAPPROVER functionality.i am only aware its SRM standard functionality and only needs to maintain the valid user as a value for this attribute.
