We are using SRM 7.1 in the Extended Classic Scenario. Also our business users decieded to have the shopping cart as the central object for purchasing (as opposed to the purchase order). This means that in production no one is able to change purchase orders when it comes to business users.
Due to this setup we have hit a roadbloack though: we need to close service PO's so that this also removes the commitment items from controling.
We have two cases here:
1. Material PO's: this one is easy. We just create a new confirmation with zero quantity and the last delivery flag marked and the PO is closed.
2. Service PO's: this one is painfull. As in our current system the possiblity to create a zero entry confirmation in is not possible. (standard behaviour)
We have also tried to use the Complete button on the PO itself. But this only closes the PO in SRM and leaves it open in the ECC.
I've also tried MEMASSPO but it does not update the indicator ELIKZ due to the ME664 error.
The report we need to clean is the KSB2 report in ECC which shows open comitment line items.
So, right now I'm stuck and out of ideeas.
Any help is highly appreciated.
