Punchout Catalog third party web link

Hi experts,

We are configuring punch out catalog with SRM 7.0 in my organization to show it as a demo to various clients. I got configuration document for it but I need a third party web link which is OCI complianca and which is freely available to everyone. This will help me to configure punchout solution end to end and test functionality of punchout configuration as there is no client web link available with us which is OCI compliance and which I can use to test punchout configuration.

 

Kindly let me know if you have any idea regarding third party web link and how to access that and use that in punchout configuration.

Account assignment depending on SC fields

Hi all,

 

we have the requirement to implenent an own account assignment in shopping carts depending on SC fields like PARTNER or PRICE. The accounting is intended as an initialization that can be overwritten later by the requisitioner.

 

I shall use BAdI BBP_DETERMINE_ACCT. But its import parameter ITEM_DATA seems tiny and does not contain any useable SC fields. BAdI BBP_DOC_CHANGE_BADI is not an option because it runs more than once. The initialization must only run at the time the accounting is first determined. And more, note 1912511 says one must not use that BAdI for custom account assigning.

 

How do I get SC details in BAdI BBP_DETERMINE_ACCT?

SRM 7.0 - Hide Buttons in web dynpro using configurator - Modification or Not?

In SRM 7.0 I am able to hide buttons using the weby dynpro configurator without the sytem asking me for a developer "object" key.  We have upgraded our SRM 7 sandbox to enhancement package 1 and that confirguration has been overwritten and when we go to reapply the configuration the system is asking for an "object" key.

 

Is web-dynpro now considered a modification???

SC ending in Item in Transfer Process

Hello Experts,

 

The shopping carts which were approved are directly landing in Item in Transfer process.

When I try to change the status by executing the report BBP_SC_AUTO_RETRANSFER with removing the simulation check then I get error that "User Does not exist in the table" no idea which table it is referring too.

 

Please give me some idea why the carts are not getting processed to Create Purchase requisition.

 

 

Awaiting for your solutions on the above.

SC delete in Status 'Item in Transfer process'

Hi Experts,

 

In our production system we have a SC for which all the Line items are in 'Item in Transfer Process' .We have a requirement to delete this shopping cart as user has created a New Shopping Cart.Please provide your suggestion.

GV_SCR_SELECTED_CAT input too long - selecting product category SRM 5.5

We have recently patched SRM 5.5 to SP17 with MDM 2.0 SP4 patched to 16 via EP7.0.  When raising a text shopping cart (not using the catalogue) we have seen the error GV_CSR_SELECTED_CAT input too long as a windows pop-up message on occasion when attempting to access the category pick list.  If a category is picked from the recently used list ..no problem however if the full pick list is accessed via "..." (three dots) then we sometimes see this message.  If we click shop again to re-start the error is not reproduced.  We are using classic scenario.

 

The problem is hard to replicate and does not happen all the time ..i have tried with that catalogue oprn in another window or closed, first time logged on for that day or not.  unable to find a consistent pattern.

 

Has anyone observed this?  and can point me in the right direction.  Any help greatly received.

SRM SC backend error : ME 218 External document number XXXXX already assigned.

SRM Experts,

 

We are facing a problem in our system for SCs.

We have the classic scenario with a SRM 7.01 and ECC 4.5B version.

The shopping carts in SRM randomly fail with backend errors some of the shopping carts fail with back end error "W5 107" and when it is reprocessed in application monitors, the error "ME 218 External document number XXXXX already assigned" is shown.

 

The PO document is created in the backend but the SC document is not updated with the backend document link.

It always shows the error message "ME 218".

we are unable to process these carts.

Need your suggestions for proceeding further.

Hi Guys,

 

I have created a custom role and an iview "Check Status" similar to  standard Check Status. But the problem is when I click on the shopping cart id in check status iview, it throws an error telling "There is no iview available for system "SAP_SRM". object "sc". For more information contact your system administrator".

 

Please help me solve this

Hi Gurus,

 

Scenario:SRM 7.01 Extended Classic Scenario

 

Creation of shoppingcart thro'MDM catalog. It is approved. Local Purchase order is not getting
created because of the following error and it is not replicated to the ECC 6.0.
in Application monitor in SRM 7.0 Portal screen.

 

1. Backend error: Enter G/L Account

2. Purchase order still contain faulty items.

3. Issue with error showing Sum of Quantities>1.728< larger than total quantity

POWL : Changing Default Query

Hi

 

I am trying to change default Query to select using Last 7 Days instead of All.

But changes I make do not seem to work

 

Feeder    /SAPSRM/CL_CLL_POWLT_RFQ

Query ID SAPSRM_SP_SOURCING_01_01

Type       SAPSRM_FEEDER_RFQ

 

I changed Query Parameters Processed Since from Blank to 3.

We are facing an issue where the SC's that have a confirmation document created in SRM 7.01 classic scenario are shown in POWL Shopping Overview screen.

 

When such a cart is selected from the list of shopping carts, the Create Confirmation button is available and enabled.

 

If the user click on Create Confirmation then the error message "Confirmation already created" message is displayed.

 

This issue is occurring after the support pack upgrade in SRM.

 

Before the upgrade all the shopping carts with confirmations were not shown in the Shopping Professional POWL screen list hence the requesters would see such carts.

 

SRM OBN Issue

Hi Everyone,

 

I am very new to SRM, We are in implementation phase of SRM 7.0 & Building up SRM Roles.

 

While Functional testing below message is coming up in SC

We have tried looking for an existing OBN in the SAP SRM Standard roles but no luck. we got SC then Detailprof but not sure about _nxp.

 

Please help us out.

No PBT resources available in system-SRM 7.01

We are encountering an issue when we click on search not successful? describe your required product.

 

The following error occured in system DEV1:NO PBT resources available in system. Not able to figure out what needs to be done.

 

Please guide me with someinputs to check in the system.

Unable to Edit shopping cart (SRM 7.02)

I am trying to edit the shopping cart and getting the error popup as 'Process data are not complete. Try again later '.

Shopping cart is in awaiting for approval.

 

Could some one help me on it please?

Dear  Experts,

 

I am facing this issue when we the shopping cart is  completely approved. I have gone through the sdn links but felt thats not helping.

 

Please find the details of my system.(SRM 7.0 and EHP5)-Classic Secnario

 

I am creating a free text item with material group T100 in SRM.

 

At R3 side.

 

I have an info record for the material group.

ECPO document type has item category B already maintained

 

At SRM side

 

in org Strcture i have maintained two document types in BSA attribute(not defaulted any thing)

ZNB--- for PR

ZCPO-- for PO

 

Define backend objects setting

 

*         T100           Reserve generated if stock           PO if item data complete if not PR.

 

i have define number ranges in SRM

 

PO           2000000000          2999999999

 

 

this is assigned to ZCPO transaction type

 

Same number range has been maintained as external and assigned to ZCPO in R3 under PO document types

 

similarly in SRM  for PR number range is maintained

 

PR       3000000000      3999999999

 

this is assigned to ZNB in R3 system as external.

 

PR is getting created as defined in the sytem but PO is not getting created.

 

please let me know if i need to do any changes

We are having two different type of shopping cart process for approvals. (Standard & non standard). So I decided to have two different process schema definition for each process. Can you suggest how to fectech the process schema definition for two different process ?
