How to change Goods Recipient & Requisitioner value in SRM 7.02

Hello,

 

My requirement is as below-

 

We are using SRM 7.02 and we need to modify Goods Recipient & requisitioner fields in Shopping cart. In case of Requisitioner, it should be able to populate all the ECC user information. For this, i extended fields and built a custom F4 help to read ECC user information via RFC. I am able to save the values as well.

 

Now i need to understand on how i can ensure that this user id value is rightly mapped when purchase requisition is created from SRM.

 

Any information on this would be really helpful.

SRM Cost center list from User profile

Hello Everyone,

 

We are on upgraded SRM 7.0. In earlier version SRM 5.0 business used the functionality where they assign list of cost center to user attribute in PPOMA_BBP and user will see all those cost center when they are creating shopping cart.

 

In SRM 7.0 i have assigned similar cost center list into user but user is not able to see the list in Portal.

 

Business do not like to have RFC call made to ECC system and fetch all the cost center.


Could you please advise if there is some way.

Error during SC to PO: Recipient not found

Hi Gurus,

 

  I am working on SAP SRM 7.0. The SRM system is configured in such a way all shopping carts (SC) will create a PR in ECC , but according to requirement for some conditions SC will create PO in ECC system. I have implemented 2 BADI's (BBP_TARGET_OBJTYPE and BBP_TARGET_OBJECTS ) to achieve the PO scenario. The PR get created successful but PO creation showing error: "Recipient not found".

Please let me know the probale cause of this error.

My Shooping cart in status finished and approved but no PO is created !

Hi Gurus,

I have a Shooping cart created in SRM 7.0 ,

Shopiing cart is "approved" , The status of the SC is updated as "Finished"

But no PO (Purchase order) is created.

Please assist to resolve this issue.

Please advise how to debug/find the cause.

Account Assignment not visible in SC but exists in BBP_PD

Hi

 

I can see 2 lines of account assignment for my SC and PO when I check in BBP_PD but it is not visible on Portal.

Both are Cost center which is standard account assignment category codes.

Not able to view the SRM-MDM catalog screen

Hi Everybody,

 

We are running into a issue. We have done SPS upgrade on Portal, SRM ,MDM also.

 

After the upgraded done on system, we are unable to transfer the

catalog

data. Because when we click the general catalog screen getting below

error.

"Cannot run Catalog application; contact your system administrator".

 

This issue happened after upgrading the system. 

 

NOTE: The Data Manager MDM console is up and running. We can able see

the Repositories form Console. This issue has happening when we have

access

from portal.

Custom fields are clearing in SOS tab?

Hi expert

we are on one client scenario

I have problem when replicating material type from ERP to SRM.

When I try to replicate material type with MDS_LOAD_COCKPIT transaction I get dump:

Completed Shopping Carts visible in POWL

Hello Experts,

 

We use SRM 7.0 Extended Classic Scenario

 

The user has completed few shopping carts but it is still visible in his POWL.

 

The confirmation is done, GR created and even invoice. The include completed shopping cart button is not ticked and he has pressed refresh also. But still the shopping carts are visible.

 

What could be the issue? This surprisingly is only occurring for that user.

Simplified Shopping Cart

Hi Experts, We have activated the business function -SRM_SELF_SERVICE_1 and have some queries ,the new screen is good but is missing a few fields/tabs There is no option to add attachments while creating a SC using this screen.Is there a way out for adding attachments? The GL account field seems to be amiss and we change the GL account for a few product categories . Any help in how do we go about achieving these in the simplified screen will be appreciated. SE 518 No account assignment exists for service li ne 0000000000 error

Hello all,

 

We have raised a Shopping cart for a service with reference to a contract with the account assignments item category "D" and account assignment category "P". the product type is 02 for the service. The shopping cart saves fine however when trying to transfer to create the PO in the backend we are getting the error "SE 518 No account assignment exists for service li ne 0000000000"

 

we have checked all the notes below:

 

1064139 already implemented.

1222877 already implemented.

767284 failed to correct the error.

 

1140132 should be in our system but has been removed by note 1226132. I have checked all the other notes but they do not seem relevant in our scenario. Does anybody have any idea as to how we should solve this problem?

Issue in maintaining the freight condition in SRM pricing conditions

Hi All,

 

 

 

We have maintained the freight condition in SRM pricing conditions But when a buyer try to add the freight condition it does not give any field to add the value.We want the freight condition at the header level.

 

Let me know if there is any service needs to be activated or we have to activate any business function to enable this.

Please find the attached document to check the settings  and actual issue while entering the freight condition.

 

This is urgent and please provide your suggestion to avoid this issue.

Shopping cart approvers are picked from ECC

Hi Experts,

 

we are working in SRM 5.0,

our approvers are maintained in ECC and the logic is built to pick the approvers .

 

please advise on the below queries.

1. we are unable to view the approvers in approval preview before the SC is ordered , can see approvers in approval preview only when the SC is ordered and workflow is triggerred.

 

2. SC at item level i:e, item 1 & 2 created using CC AAA & item 3 & 4 created using BBB.

    what workflow to be activated and any BADI to used to achieve this.

 

we are new to Application controlled workflow. its really urgent.

Hello,

 

We are upgrading now SRM 5.0 to SRM 7.01 IE8 with Requisite catalog but the catalog doesn't work.We get the following message:

 

Page not found. Refresh the page or try again later. If the problem persists, contact your portal administrator for assistance.

 

Are there any specific settings which needs to be done ?

 

I know by the way it's not supported and that SAP recommends SRM MDM catalog but that's way too big for us so we want to give it a try forst with Requisite.
